Visiting Ian Jodie Selah Mercy Keziah and Able

Before I got to Ian's place. I stopped off at Walmart and purchased gifts for the children. I gotta etch a sketch, truck, kinetic sand an playdo. After I arrived and passed out the gifts the kids all enjoyed the gifts, but kezia was some what disappointed.

I I said and talked with jodie a while.
E l a h and keziah had Drawn pictures for me. Kezia had made me a card of welcome.
I sat around and talked with jodie a while and then. I watched the kids play. I read th a younger kids a story while selah did some school work.

We went outside, where I watched the kids climb a tree while selah walked her grandparents' dog
Keziah climbed very high in the tree, so high that she couldn't figure out how to get down.
Jodie told her we couldn't helper down since she was too high

Eventually she came down.

Ian came home soon after that. I asked him if we could check out my car to see what was dragging period I was hoping he had a floor Jack available period so you said sure.  We drove it over to the mission garage or the head. I lbut I figured it would be easier just to lift the car with a floor Jack which we did to discover that the plastic rivets that hold the splashy old on had just appeared, so the splash showed was just hanging by the front attachment to the car.  Period so I decided that I would go and get new rivets the next day.
We had dinner, spaghetti. And then the kids went to bed. After about an hour of quiet time, where i Described Unitarian universalism and being a chaplain.I went to bed.

 The next day Jodie needed to go shopping period and I needed to go shopping for the rivets for my car plus I was hoping to find toys that were more acceptable to the kids and kezzie especially.
First I started looking for toys. I'drove several miles away to find a toy store, but everything in this was some sort of action figures, such as either DC Comics or Star Wars or.
Harry Potter  I went to another toy store to see the same thing.  finally I went to Walmart where I found toys that were not in any of these categories.
I got the kids a small etch of sketch.  Another truck for the boy, a slinky for Kezia and and a drawing board easily erasable for Sela.
Although they were grateful, it appears Kezia was still not ecstatic.

The kids played with their toys. The boy played with everybody's toy, and he generally got his way. Cause hes the youngest.
And came home and you're tired. So we didn't look at the car but we did have potato soup and salad for dinner. I read some stories for the children.
Selah and mercy drew pictures of me with a beard sailing.
The younger children went to bed, selah Drew some more pictures, then went to bed. 
The next and final day we took the train to wintergreen.
Jodie bought the kids ice cream. Then we spent a hour and a half watching them climb treed.
We rode the train back  had lunch. The kids did some school work.
I read some more to keziah and Able.
When it was nearly time for Ian to get off work he said i could come over with the car.
After we had the car jacked up we found the rivets i'd purchased didn't fit.
We attached the shields with zip ties and special screws instead.
After three car was fixed, we all went skating around-the-block.
After skating we went out to eat at a Cuban restaurant that Ian had been wanting to take th we family to. I had a jersey Cuban dish of chicken.
We went back to their place. I read the kidsva story. We went to bed.
The next morning there was toast for breakfast.
We took pictures, I waved goodbye and drove off.

I tried to go sailing at Lake Somerville spent most of the morning trying to raise the mast. Once we had the mast up we went to launch the boat and found that the motor wouldn't run so we pulled the boat back out and I noticed in the morning that the bow eye was loose. On the way home there was some traffic on 290 coming in. I had to stop suddenly and since the boat wasn't really connected to the winch it slid forward past the winch and so now I have some gel coat to fix. So I decided to pull out the bow eye that I had bought earlier and put it in the holes that were vacanted by the old bow eye. Looking through the hole I could see that there was no obstructions.The bow eye that I purchased was just a little bit different. The Launch

On Thursday we got up messed around a little bit got out to the marina about 10:00 a.m. when I went into the marina office to say we wanted to launch, she said I could set up the boat on the north side of the parking lot. The problem with this plan was that by 10:00 the parking lot at the marina is full of cars for in the same Center there are five or six fishing and swimming and snorkeling excursions as well as three restaurants. So the parking lot is basically full by 10:00. We decided to go back to the hotel book another night. We parked the boat behind the hotel. We went sightseeing. Jim and I spent the afternoon touring the port Isabella lighthouse park  and the Port Isabel historical museum which resides in an old hardware store. We had a good time. For dinner we got some stuff at Walmart went back to the motel and I turned in early about 7:00 so we could get up early the next day to prepare the boat and launch.
