walking through albany

I came in to Albany to find a charger.
After I plugged in the car, I started walking to a bar/restaurant,  the pier. To have dinner.

As I walked along I passed a large old church, the stained Glass window had fallen in. This made me sad.

After dinner I walked a different route back to the car an I saw this dog in front of a Hilton.

Neither of West from downtown looking for a hotel where I might be able to plug in. I found
A day Zen, which is had the oldest sign in weekend.  Run the cable through the window and so I stayed there. I waited un till 10 o'clock on the. Parking lot cleared out, parked the car by the room and plugged the car in to the room. And she was fully charged in the morning.

I tried to go sailing at Lake Somerville spent most of the morning trying to raise the mast. Once we had the mast up we went to launch the boat and found that the motor wouldn't run so we pulled the boat back out and I noticed in the morning that the bow eye was loose. At The Quality Inn in Baton Rouge. I found an exterior plug by the pool charged the car there. In Lafayette Louisiana. I asked permission to run the cable through a door and plug the car in the hallway. In New Orleans, I stayed at a hotel. The Launch

On Thursday we got up messed around a little bit got out to the marina about 10:00 a.m. when I went into the marina office to say we wanted to launch, she said I could set up the boat on the north side of the parking lot. The problem with this plan was that by 10:00 the parking lot at the marina is full of cars for in the same Center there are five or six fishing and swimming and snorkeling excursions as well as three restaurants. So the parking lot is basically full by 10:00. We decided to go back to the hotel book another night. We parked the boat behind the hotel. We went sightseeing. Jim and I spent the afternoon touring the port Isabella lighthouse park  and the Port Isabel historical museum which resides in an old hardware store. We had a good time. For dinner we got some stuff at Walmart went back to the motel and I turned in early about 7:00 so we could get up early the next day to prepare the boat and launch.
